Mallernee & Branch LLP is comprised of the two name partners, Rollin Mallernee and Tom Branch, plus three other lawyers in our office who are affiliated with the firm on an of counsel basis.
The makeup of the firm means that you will be working with an experienced lawyer, and not paying for the training of a new attorney or paralegal. The firm was formed in January, 1997, when Rollin Mallernee and Tom Branch combined their practices to form Mallernee & Branch LLP. Since inception, the firm has practiced out of the same offices in Colony Square, in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.
Rollin Mallernee has been in private practice in Atlanta since 1972, after graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law. Rollin is a member of the American and Atlanta Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of Georgia. Rollin is also a member of the California Bar Association.
Tom Branch has been in private practice since 1980, after graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law. Tom is also a member of the American and Atlanta Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of Georgia.
The other lawyers who are part of the firm on an of counsel basis are Price Williams and Frank Bird. Price Williams has been in practice since 1967, and practices in the corporate, tax and real estate areas. Frank Bird joined the Bar in 1964 and has an estate planning practice.
